Utilant Technical Support uses the Citrix GoToAssist Remote Desktop application to remote in and take control of your computer to help you resolve issues quickly.
When directed by a Support Engineer, please click on the following link and you will be directed to a GotoAssist Support page where a token (number) will be assigned to you. You will need to provide the GotoAssist number to your Support Engineer to enable them to take control of your computer to resolve your issue and answer any questions you may have.
